Krisha Tamrakar is an artist whose work intertwines contemporary themes with personal narratives, deeply inspired by the way cultural history shapes human emotions and identities. Her art explores growth, change, and the nuanced beauty of everyday life through diverse mediums such as mixed media, bookmaking, and digital painting.

As the co-director of Artudio, a center for contemporary art, Krisha actively contributes to curatorial and educational projects, fostering artistic exploration and community engagement. Her work has been featured in notable exhibitions, including I am rooted, but I Flow by Takpa Gallery (2025), Women in Art by Nepal Art Council (2025), Between Colors and Spaces on Artsy by Artudio (2024), the Himalayan Art Festival (2024), and Deities of Nepal II (2024). Her artist books have also been highlighted in exhibitions such as Hearts on Our Sleeves (2023) and Pema and the Stolen Statue from Dolpa (2022).

Through metaphorical explorations of human emotions, Krisha creates art that resonates with the depth and complexity of shared human experiences, inviting reflection and connection.
